Certify Hermes bag with Entrupy
Once the purchase is made, a member of our Kewaybags team will contact you to schedule the collection of the bag at your home, or to give you an appointment if you prefer to come to one of our stores.
In the case of collection, you must keep the bag in a sealed box and stick the label that we will provide you with.
Once we have your bag with us, we will notify you and start evaluating your bag with Entrupy, an artificial intelligence system combined with a microscope to evaluate the authenticity of the bag.
The results of Entrupy can take between 1 and 3 days (in the case of Hermès even a week)
If the bag turns out to be authentic, a certificate will be automatically generated.
