Terms of use and contracting


1.- Location

Shipments depart from our stores in Barcelona, Madrid, and Puerto Banús. From there, they are distributed to any point in the world. All shipments include the corresponding taxes.

2.- Preparation

Shipments are prepared (except under special circumstances) until 4:00 p.m. every afternoon, from Monday to Friday. Therefore, orders received before 4:00 p.m. usually leave our store on the same day. The delivery service we use is generally 2 to 5 days (to take care of our health), but often within 24 hours you will receive your product. This means that delivery to our customers takes place in the hours following the departure from our store. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, so orders placed on Fridays will be delivered on Monday.

3.- Delivery schedule

Deliveries will be made between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Transport companies never specify the exact time of delivery, so it is advisable to provide an address where someone can pick up the order within this time frame. It is common to provide a work address to avoid possible problems in this regard. If you do not want the order to be delivered within those 2 to 5 days, please notify us in the additional information section. Whenever the customer specifies a specific delivery time, Keway cash & verd S.L. includes it on the shipping note, although transport companies are not obligated to comply with it (but they try to do so as much as possible to ensure delivery).

If the carrier cannot deliver the package because nobody is available, it will be returned to the carrier's warehouses in the destination city. They will try to contact the customer the next day to arrange a new delivery, so it is very important to provide a valid phone number where they can be reached. Although carriers should leave a notice of their visit, it may happen that they do not. If you have any doubts about the status of your shipment, contact us.

4.- Shipping cost

The shipping cost to Spain will be €12+VAT and €29+VAT to Europe.

5.- Deliveries to European Union countries

If you would like to send your products to Portugal or any other European Union country, send an email or contact us via WhatsApp and we will get back to you as soon as possible to resolve your request.

6.- Problems during shipping

Damage and/or breakage: In the unlikely event that the package arrives in your hands with visible damage or in poor condition, please note it on the delivery note that you must sign for the carrier. Otherwise, it will be difficult to make a subsequent claim to the transport company if the contents are damaged.

Loss: If a shipment is lost, Keway cash & verd S.L. will arrange for a new shipment and proceed with the claim at no cost or need for management by the customer.

Delay: In the event of an unjustified delay in the delivery of a package, the customer must notify Keway cash & verd S.L. so that we can proceed with the corresponding claim. Currently, transport companies do not cover the cost of shipping, but if any compensation could be obtained, Keway cash & verd S.L. will inform the customer and refund the cost of shipping. In no case may the compensation exceed the actual shipping cost paid by the customer.

Orders placed before 4:00 p.m. in the afternoon will be prepared and shipped the same day (except for exceptions), and the customer will receive them within 2 to 5 days, usually within 24 hours. In the case of orders placed after this time, the order will be shipped the next day. These conditions only apply to orders whose payment is made by credit card.

Keway cash & verd S.L. does not store any data related to payment or the credit or debit card used for it. All payment operations by card are made through a secure payment gateway of a banking entity with data encrypted using the SSL protocol, thereby preventing the interception of information by third parties. Transactions made through the website will have all the guarantees of security, confidentiality, and integrity for the participating agents: cardholders and their issuing entities, merchants, and acquiring entities or individuals.

We will try to make the website accessible 24 hours a day. KEWAY CASH & VERD S.L. is not responsible if the website is inaccessible at any time or for any period. The connection may be temporarily suspended in the event of a system failure, maintenance or repair, or any other circumstance beyond our control.

The website will remain open for product consultation, but purchases cannot be made during vacation periods. We will try to indicate the duration and dates of these periods well in advance.

Keway cash & verd S.L. undertakes to refund the money within a maximum of 48 hours if the product is not in stock.

We accept all returns that meet these requirements:

  • You can request a return within 15 days after the purchase.
  • The item must be in its original packaging and in perfect condition. It must include any original accessories it may have and warranty documents with which it was sold. In addition, the items must arrive at Keway cash & verd S.L. protected and well packaged to prevent damage during transport.
  • The return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
  • Once we receive the item and verify that it is correct, we will refund the amount in a store voucher.
